Emotional Intelligence is a set of emotional and social skills that collectively establish how well we:
- Perceive and express ourselves
- Develop and maintain social relationships
- Cope with challenges
- Use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way
A skill set that transfers across all categories of relationship, Emotional Intelligence is a predictor of success in life and also at work. This highly-interactive course delivers a practical approach to developing, improving, and sustaining effective and mutually beneficial relationships.
Before attending class, participants will take an online Emotional Intelligence assessment, which will provide them with a baseline measurement of their strengths and potential blind spots with regard to relating with others. Throughout the course, they will engage in paired activities, as well as small and large group interactions and individual reflection.
The program includes:
- A personal behavioral profile, the results of which you will bring to your training
- 12-hours highly interactive virtual workshop and experiential learning

Aikataulu
Before attending class, participants will take the EQ-i 2.0®, an online Emotional Intelligence instrument. They will receive a soft copy of their report before the course begins and should print it out and bring it to class (or, in the virtual classroom, they may have it available for viewing on a secondary device).
