This Investment Project Manager Professional training program is aimed for project managers who want to develop their skills to manage demanding investment projects professionally. Whether you act in the field of energy, construction, cleantech, or the process or production industry, and succeeding in investment projects is crucial, the PM Professional™ training program will help you on the way.

The PM Professional™ training program is designed for project managers who already have basic knowledge and at least 2 years’ experience of project management, and are motivated to develop their competence and skills further. 

This course can be organised to your team as a tailor-made course wherever in Finland you are. By tailoring the course it will contain the most crucial parts for your work and needs. 

The course will be organised in English.

Interested in gaining IPMA C or B certification?

Participants will acquire hands-on knowledge and skills needed in managing investment projects. The training program covers all project lifecycle phases, and focuses particularly on advanced project planning and controlling methods.

Participants will also enhance their leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, and understand their role in different phases of the project lifecycle. The training concept builds on practicing and applying methods to the participants’ own, real-life projects. Methods are practiced in group work sessions during the in-class training days, as well as individually between the training modules.

The training program and the exercises support participants in preparing for IPMA C certification, as well as managing challenging projects to qualify for IPMA B certification.
