SCRUM PACKAGE: Scrum Master Certified (SMC™) & Scrum Product Owner (SPOC™) - eLearning (Exam Included)

Overview

Scrum is the most popular Agile framework. It is an adaptive, iterative, fast, flexible and effective methodology designed to deliver significant value quickly and throughout a project.

Scrum ensures transparency in communication and creates an environment of collective responsibility and continuous progress. The Scrum framework, as defined in the SBOK™ Guide, is structured to support product and service development in all types of industries and in any type of project, regardless of complexity.

A Scrum project involves a collaborative effort to create a new product, service, or other outcome as defined in the Project Vision Statement. Projects are affected by constraints of time, cost, scope, quality, resources, organizational capabilities, and other limitations that make them difficult to plan, execute, manage, and ultimately succeed. However, successful implementation of the results of a completed project provides significant business benefits to an organization. Therefore, it is important for organizations to choose and practice an appropriate project management methodology.

A key strength of Scrum lies in its use of cross-functional, self-organized, and empowered teams that divide their work into short, concentrated work cycles called Sprints. Scrum's focus on value-driven delivery helps Scrum Teams deliver results as early in the project as possible.

Scrum Master Certified (SMC)

This course will give you a basic understanding of Scrum as a method and introduce you to the tools you need to deliver the team creatively, productively and with quality. The course is suitable for those who will be working as Scrum Masters and for those in other roles but need to understand how Scrum is used.

Course Overview

Using Scrum, you can lead your organization to a more agile way of working and discover how to respond faster to changes and requirements and stay focused on the right tasks, collaborate and communicate better, and deliver value faster. So whether you're working on a smartphone application, business logistics or event planning, you should take a look at Scrum.
